    Second Edit: I retract that nonsense lol. I remember now that it DIDN'T trigger when I was Quaking in variant and had a concussion up.

    Jeez, I'm drunk or something today.

    Yes if concussion is up when it triggers then you will be compleley fine start 12 seconds after enroaching stun starts or 11 seconds then you will bypass the first enroaching stun and a bunch more or parry heavy when close to the timer expiring
