Unresponsive champs during fight

Hey. Have any of you guys had issues with your champs not responding in the middle of a fight? I have run into this at least 5 times today since updating. In the middle of a fight, I'll block or parry and my champ stops responding to prompts until I get hit by my opponent. I have an iPhone 7 plus and haven't had any issues with my phone itself. Anyone got any insight on this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah same thing happened to me I thought I was tripping at first till it happened again.

I have noticed it in questing and AQ. Android BTW, and I received the "extra" download as well.

Yeah i was missing blocks and hits just weren't registering in the middle of a combo. This happened to me yesterday in arena a couple hours after the update. Nothing today though. I'm on a Galaxy S8+
