running 2 or 3 battlegroups during war season?

so, my alliance has had some problems recently and we haven’t been able to win as many wars as we expected. that is due to us being such a diverse ally - we have some really big accounts and some really small ones, so it’s hard for everyone to keep up. we always run 3 battlegroups to get as many points as we can but it doesn’t make much sense if we keep losing, so we were considering running 2 battlegroups but we have no idea of how many points that would give us. i know that depends on diversity and attack bonuses, but can anyone give me any idea of +/- how many points winning with 2 battlegroups give?

29,700 for 100% exploration
26,400 for perfect attack bonus
3,000 for perfect diversity

Total 149,100 assuming the opponent also clears perfectly and some tiebreaker comes into play.

A perfect loser in a 3BG war would score 148,650.
