Those guys who are in back ends and solving our pity queries are damn good

Yesterday i raise a ticket and today they resolved the issue with very good response

    I also had a really good experience when i accidentally purchased one of those unit offers after opening a 5* crystal. They were great to deal with on that occasion, it's my and only ticket raised, so maybe i just got lucky

    I accidentally use some sig stones and I got them returned within a day. They work hard- even those automated messages are made by people to send out

    You’re one of the very small percentage who got the issue resolved by the look of it, 99% of the time I get an automated response and no solution

    It seems very small because most anyone that says anything complains about them. Just like any other place, more people are likely to complain that compliment.

    Some guys might have different experience but yes i can say my issue was nicely resolved and that too very quickly.
