Changing your email address

My Google account has been stolen and blocked, now I can't change my email address on my Kabam account. Support requires me to buy the first two purchases in the game, but I do not know how to know them, because it was many years ago. I am ready to provide any information, but it is the information about the first two purchases I can not find out, because of the blocking of my account Google. What should I do in this situation? I need to change my email address to have full access to my account again. What should I do?

I am almost th3 same boat as you but with me at least i still have access to my.email but in the process of changing evertyhing. But even that still proved difficult to get it done as they require to know your very first in-game name. Which has no history whatsoever.

I don't understand why it cant be an in-game option or a website at least where can change this info yourself.

If you do manage to get it solved let me knw as well.

Hey Âstromix, unfortunately, we're unable to help with issues like this in the Forums. If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to Google to alert them that your account has been compromised. They should also be able to provide you with details for the first two purchases you made in the game.
