I'm having problems with Kabam support and am hoping to find someone here who can help. I feel like the colleagues at support are either not reading what I'm writing or they don't understand the game...
I recently encountered a bug regarding my story progression. I did all paths of 5.4.5 but it said 94%... Looking at maps of this quest, I thought it very unlikely that it's even possible to get to exactly 94%. There are 6 paths and no possibility to divert for a short part. So I wrote to Kabam support. As they insisted that everything was fine with my story progression and I must have missed a path, I went back into the quest and got proof that it was indeed a bug. A part of the cornered path didn't have a solid line (starting from the portal exit up to scarlet witch).




I sent the screenshots to Kabam and proposed that either they fix my progression and send me the rewards or I do the path a second time and they refund me revives, potions and energy refills, that I need to get it done.
They didn't reply for some time so I redid the path (of course I had a much worse run than the first time, had to buy a few revives and used some potions). I wrote that to the support and finally got an answer: they said they noticed I'm at 100% now, so everything is fine, right?
I feel like they are making fun of me and are not interested at all in fixing bugs.
