As of this post, the Yaka - Yondu 5* Feature Crystal is available for 1d 14:31 - according to the patch notes and the posted note on 5* feature crystal changes and 5* basic crystal changes, the following champions are being added to the basic crystal:

(Q) As of this moment, does the Yaka - Yondu 5* Feature Crystal include a chance at the new champions list above? If not, will it before the timer expires?
