AQ Map 5 Crystals drop rate

Hello!
Do we have any information on the drop rate of T4CC from map 5 crystals or is it completely random? I am getting more and more frustrated with each opening. Don't know about you guys, but my luck with the rewards has been more than horrible, it's super frustrating. I have opened more than 800 (that's the absolute minimum) map 5 crystals, and got only 1 fully formed T4CC, I'm not sure if I even opened a full basic. I really love the game, but it's all but rewarding for the effort I put in, I'm sure more people feel the same way. I can't even progress properly, I really don't think that 800 to 1 is a normal drop rate. But hey, maybe Kabam are actually really rewarding, and I always draw the short straw... Who knows.
