I have a BWCV and just puled a Squirrel Girl, who should I concentrate on ranking up first. Neither are duped! Don't have a huge 5* mystic roster only notable champ is mephisto and for 5* skill Killmonger, Ronin , BPCW and Gwenpool (duped).

    BWCV is definitely the way to go. She doesn't need her sig ability to be amazing, and she is one of the absolute best Mystic champs in the game. I took my 6* unawakened to R2 after I already had my 5* maxed out, and I use both pretty regularly.
