Black Market Legendary Crystal showing as purchased

I've had the sigil for close to if not over 2-3 months now. Every other week I have noticed that as soon as the store refreshes, it shows there isn't a legendary crystal available to purchase. It shows as if I purchased the limit already. Is this a known bug, and if not can I get some help with that?

    It's the same as the featured 5 star crystal. It refreshes every 14 days instead of 7.
