3) I could use a defender that's not Corvus food.

    VTD is a build your own champ, very nice. If CAIW is high sig, maybe him. But Hyperion is great.

    None of them are great defenders. KM is ok on the right node and Hype. Is CAIW duped? Is Hyperion duped?

    Hype is good almost everywhere, great for all variants, if you still didn't explore those
    Ms to counter buffed champs like 6.2.6
    Aegon imo don't need to be r5. I use mine while exploring 6.1 atm, but he's ok at r4. Maybe even better, as you have more time to ramp his combo
    Venom or spider Gwen to counter evaders. I'd go Gwen then, as she can also counter unstoppable and had some minor power control

    Cap Infinity War then, might have a chance. If you happen to have a low level Ebony Maw, that could work as well.

    Ranking champs for defense is expected, if not required in all semi-decent alliances
