Keycard - Red Room Ops problem

Hello,
I have a problem with starting red room ops quest: I have the keycard in my inventory but the "begin quest" button is inactive.
Is there anyone with the same issue?
Is there a solution?

    You need to edit your team. You can only use 2-star champions.
    Read what it says in the menu

    And also remember that after doing the Red OPS with 2*, if you then go to the Red RIFTS remember to change your team BACK to your high ranking team of 4/5/6* again. Or else you’ll be in for a rude awakening, and will have basically forfeited a Rift Entry.
