Rank Up Strategy...Need Your Input

Ok all, trying to do a little rank up strategy here.

Who would you put the Tier 5 basic into: Taking unawakened 6* Cap IW to Rank 2 or unawakened 5* Domino to Rank 5?

For context, I'm starting Act 6 and I don't have a 5* Red Hulk to finish the Domino Flaming Trinity.

Domino every day of the week here. For one, it’s 50% cheaper in terms of resources and she’s still an incredible champion in her own right - I was lacking the full trinity in my initial Cavalier run and she was one of my heavy lifters at R4.

Secondly, Cap’s main utility comes out of his awakened ability, at a high sig - he’s not going to act as a counter to ST’s regen in 6.1.1 unawakened, for example. His biggest unawakened utility is acting as a counter to unstoppable and perfect block. If you run path 4 in AW I’d be willing to R2 unawakened but otherwise stick with Domino.
