Power burn is bugged. Please investigate.

I've brought up similar topics before regarding this not fully knowing what was happening but I believe mystic dispersion is being triggered by power burn.
When it initially happened it was against MD on a debuff immune node with Voodoos even combo power burn (happened twice and then I realised something was up). Basically what happens is as soon as you fast the L2 and start hitting basics the power burn occurs but then the power is restored and then some.
Now I've had it happen multiple times in arena. Visions power burn along with dealing no damage would burn the usual amount of power but then that power has been instantly restored.
Please fix this.
