Missing Uncollected Title?

Have run across an account while recruiting that has a Cavalier title but no Uncollected title. How can this be? Some suggested that the removal of the UC title is a Kabam action due to someone using mods, bots, or hacks. Any truth to this?

    Absolutely true. They'll let them come back from the ban but take away the title.

    Yes that can happen
    I suggest you avoid that person don’t recruit them
    Since they can end up punishing you’re entire alience
