Top 1000 well established 29 mill alliance LF one (5x5, AW optional, 250 mill+ AQ rewards)

Good afternoon, I'm gonna keep this short and sweet.

I am the leader of a 29 mill alliance and searching for 1 lucky member to fill a void left by a member having to step into retirement as his work is starting back up. We run 5x5 AQ, hit 250 mill points-wise, and finish all maps 100%. \

AW is one bg and optional.

I would prefer 10k prestige and up. More prestige = more AQ points.

What I am looking for is the following.

1. 10K prestige and up
2. Communication. Communicate with your teammates when links are down. We use Line for our group chats.
3. No camping on paths or Maps. AQ participation is required and mandatory.
