I am a huge elsa bloodstone fan, great damage over time and really fun to use... But the only thing that gripes me is her usefulness against evade champs... Rather than only getting access to coldsnap after the opponent has evaded and smacked you in the face.. It would be alot better if she could select which ammo to use before the fight (similar to Stealth and his Web debuffs) just feel having access at the start of the fight would make her a far more effective evade counter.. Particularly for stun immune nodes which is where she's supposed to shine!
