Why doesn't captain America infinity war relieve the creature’s uncontrollability with atypical char

Previously, Captain America did not remove the infinity war of non-retention: juggernaut, anigilus and creature.

I’m assuming you’re talking about CAIW not removing unstoppable from Juggernaut, Thing, and Annihilus?

Cap needs the charges to remove unstoppables from juggernaut, some champions have passive unstoppable buffs and he cannt , you need a champ like She-hulk to apply a Slow debuff instead which stops it from activating.

In his abilities it states that cap doesn't remove the unstoppable but rather nullifies it, so if there's a mystic ward node I assume the buffily won't work. It's different than a slow debuff which prevents unstoppable from triggering all together. Also thing(I assume is what you're referring to by "creature") is immune to nullify so cap won't work at all against him if that's your problem.

Either something is reducing the chance of nullify or completely immune to it (ex. Thing) or you don't have a kinetic charge
