What happened to the unit store and my card

I logged onto the game a few minutes ago and when to alliance chat only to find a few messages about a few alliance mates of mine have had their unit cards dissapear and the unit store is not showing anything.

I'm not bothered abt the unit store but I'm worried abt the unit card that I still had active, and I dont wanna lose units

Is anybody else experiencing this and when will it be resolved?

    Hey there, I would recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you have. If that doesn't work, our Support Team may be best equipped to help you out. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
