Which specials to use

Is there a list somewhere of character specials, how much damage they do?
And any thoughts on particular characters, if using certain special is most useful? - trying to become a better fighter here.

Generally you want to use a champion's sp2 for max damage, you have to read a champions abilities and see which special is most beneficial since they usually have various different effects.

Special 2 has higher damage when added with criticals as explained below.
