When will Mojo and Longshot be available in the basic 5 star pool?

I believe it’s when the current featured crystal ends

That's for 6* basic. Theyll be added 2 weeks apart from each other to the 5* basic.

According to the Auntm.ai website (one of the best resources) it’s 26th May for Mojo and 9th June
for Longshot, for 5* anyway
