Ghost in LOL

In Ghost's abilities, it clearly states that her critical hits cannot be evaded. So why in labyrinth of legends are opponents still evading my guaranteed crits?

LOL has a special kind of evade that is designed to bypass every counter.

There are some counters people have found, but it is not programmed as a typical evade.

You can only counter the "special" evade in LOL with truestrike. They wont change it sadly.

I've found that IMIW's repulsor attacks can cause the Labyrinth evade to fail as well. It seems random what works and what doesn't.
