I can't decide who to rank up. Need opinions.

This is a big problem for me. The catalysts aren't a problem since I have quite a few rank up gems and lots of catalysts. The Iso8, however, is. I want to rank up one of these to rank 4. Please tell me who I should take to rank 4 and why? Any and all opinions are appreciated.

Current R5 : Corvus
Current R4s : Ghost, Namor, The Thing, Hyperion.
6 stars : Sentinel, Yellow Jacket, and Doctor Strange.
R3 options to take to rank 4: Gwenpool.
