Alliance Quest War Energy makes game Time Consuming Burden!

Hello, I have been playing MCOC for a couple of years but I find that the Alliance Quest and Alliance Wars make the game so time consuming and such a burden to complete, get points and move up rankings! The 5 units of energy are not enough and force you to have to come back to the game 3 -4 times each quest or war. When working or in school it's hard to find the time to do this multiple times a day. And when people need 8 hours of sleep the minimum amount of energy needed should be 8 units otherwise it is encouraging sleep depravation and unhealthy behavior! It also creates a bigger gap in alliance points and rankings between the hardcore alliances and the more casual alliances. It makes moving up harder and more difficult and getting your ass kicked in alliance wars because of people needing sleep shouldn't be a concern. If I play before bed using up all alliance (quest and war) energy, then sleep 8 hours, when I get up I shouldn't miss any energy regeneration! I should have 8 units of quest and war energy and not just 5 units with 3 units of energy lost.

Just some thoughts on how you can make the game better and less of a time consuming burden to be successful with a casual alliance.

    They could give us 1/2 hour timers but apparently some incredibly stupid players think that having shorter timers means that everyone in the alliance needs to move more and they make the alliances miserable. Personally I feel like if those alliances fell apart as a result we'd all be better off but Kabam believes we all need to live by the lowest common denominator, so they play the roll of Diana Moon Glampers to our Harrison Bergeron. It's very sad.
