So I originally wasn't too impressed with Red Guardian before he was released. I saw the potential but I didn't think he'd be fun to play with the block/shatter/ increased cool down cycle. I bought one of the crystals and landed a 3*. Not game changing but it was a chance to take RG out for a spin myself. Boy, I was wrong this guy is super fun to play. Watching the opponent wreck themselves launching a heavy into him is so much fun. Then he's got the high block proficiency and perfect block chance so chip damage is mitigated which is really nice. The slow on sp1 is a decent evade counter though not the best. The sp2 is really satisfying to let loose. I'm probably not playing him correctly but I know I'm having a good time playing him. I realize I'm late to the party but if anyone else out there is doubting our new bearded friend, don't, he's got the goods.
