His reach on his Heavy attacks are incredibly short ranged, makes me think it is a bug in the animation or something.

I don't recall anyone else having such a short reach?

    It's not a bug. Some champs just have shorter dash backs and heavies. Same with voodoo for his heavy and dash back

    Guillotine 2099 too. It's not a bug, just like how some champs can chain heavies and some can't. Some just have longer heavy reach than others.
