1 KEYCARDS LOST due to Emergency Maintenance

I was entering the Red Room Ops and suddenly kicked out of the game . I tried to reconnect and it’s that they are having an emergency maintenance. But then when I get in the game. My KEYCARD has gone. Is there Any compensation or anyway to get back the Keycard? Anyone else having the some trouble?

    You could try contacting support, but that may not result in anything from what I've heard about support. Unfortunately I have no idea what else to tell you though.
