Remove 3* from Cavalier Crystals

It is seriously time to remove the 3* from all cavalier lever crystals. If I'm cavalier I'm well past any interest in 3 stars. At that level the base should be 4* and the % on 6*s need to go up. You are being too selfish with the strongest champs. It time to open up more 6* to the medium level players so we can enjoy more end game content.
