Morning Star/The Champion interaction

Hi Kabam people,
A while back you had suggested there would be a change to the way Morning Star interacts with The Champion for the last 10% in the final fight of 6.2.6. You had said this change would take effect in the update for June. Looking at the notes for June where it specifies changes to champions, there is no mention of this. Is this an oversight, or is this change between Morning Star and The Champion no longer going to be implemented?

This would be the last thing I'd spend my energy focusing on when you consider the bugs players have been struggling to overcome for over a year, the overdue HB buff or any number of more important issues.
If Kabam is smart, they are addressing the latest concerns of the community.
