Minor changes that really need to be implemented

I have been playing MCOC almost since launch. A few things that need to be addressed still have not been.
First the daily crystal: We have seen the loyalty altered to a system in which once a day, at any time, you can get it. This meaning if you get one 1 minute before the refresh, you can get another right after. The reason I mention this is, for the daily crystal. If you don't hit the precise moment, each day, you slowly begin to push the crystal out farther. Why can't this be on the same system as the loyalty Crystal? That way you can get your one a day without issue.
Second, and this is a big one: Any and all forms of revives/heals should be percentile based. Most players are not brand new. As such revives and heals giving a few hundred life is worthless to the high rank and rarity of the champs used.
Obviously there are other aspects that could be mentioned but I feel these are an easy enough fix that would require a lot of maintenance time to implement.
