Account trouble

I recently had to make this account because my old one apparently cannot be accessed any more (presumably because it was made around 2018 at the earliest and may have been deleted entirely by kabam for space), tried to login with it and when I do, it makes me start from scratch so I have logged out and not logged back in. Is it possible to move my synced progress from my old account to this new one or just make my progress be synced from this device without making me start over. I’m asking because I just don’t want to lose any of my progress.
