Suggestions for 2015 Skill Rank Up

Who's the best option to spend a 2015 Rank 3 to 4 skill gem among these three?

Probably just going to use for arena grinding and maybe some incidental utility some time in the future. Bucky would've been an easy pick if I had a 6* Killmonger.

If you have already decided in your head that this rank up is for arena fodder, elektra gives the most points. The other 2 are probably a little more useful for actual content.

Went with Winter Soldier even though I initially picked Hawkeye.

I do have 5r1 Killmonger (who I wasn't planning on ranking up) and 5r2 Void (already duped and who I am going to rank up after I've taken Torch and She-Hull to rank 4). Guess it's more of a long-term investment since the choice gets significantly better if I pull any or both of the synergy members as a 6*.
