I assumed that since players were able to pay to acquire Intel and had left over that we would be able to use the left over Intel on either crystals something and not have then disappear. So at the very least players that spent can get some sort compensation of reward for spending

They’re going to give those players something this month, I’d guess coins for modok store or extra modok labs entrance items

Well what would players who havent brought the offers get compensated for? The whole point of the offers was to get more runs, if you give everyone free runs no one would have brought the offers for the intel.

Yeah the extra stuff is for people who bought because their Intel is basically wasted

Well what would players who havent brought the offers get compensated for? The whole point of the offers was to get more runs, if you give everyone free runs no one would have brought the offers for the intel.

I understand but this issue occured at the tail end of the event and at the end of the run of the offers. In my opinion it would had been in their best interest in compensating all players. Rewarding players with ability to spend their Intel on items or crystal ,would reward those who not only spent their times doing the event and had left over intel.But also the the spenders (who most likely had more left over intel) to spend it on something they might have wanted which the eq didn't provide them.

They did compensate all players. The reason that people who paid for the extra intel are getting compensation this month is because of the reason you pointed out, that the intel they purchased was wasted since everyone got to benefit from the free intel given as compensation. Why would you, me or anyone else who did not purchase extra intel get further compensation? We got a great compensation of tickets, whether we were affected by the bug or not and got to utilize them to get rewards we probably wouldn't have been able to before the event ended.

It would have been like double compensation. Here’s 10k intel for free, then here’s some stuff for that intel you didn’t use.
