Locked in heavies and can't dex or parry

This has been happening for months. I've been playing for almost three years and I've never experienced this. Kabam has all these emergency updates but hasn't fixed this in months. It's costing good Allie's wars,deaths,multiple revives and potions. There is one discussion about this issue with 27k views and still nothing has been done. Pretty sad honestly. I don't even want to play anymore because the mechanics are so messed up. So much focus on new champs but the veterans are damn near about to quit playing because it still isn't fixed.
