    Not one bleed stack and 30 hits to a 7k SL in arena took less than 30% of his health.

    Bad luck with RNG? Just took my BP into LoL RH, critting fine, got up to 7 bleed stacks once (but he is awoken, so some of those are puny Lacerate bleeds, heh). No crit boosts other than Masteries.

    His crits have been lower since 12.0, and his bleed per tick is lower. I loved him before the big change but he's just not the bleed beast he once was anymore. Granted he's still a solid bleed champ, but he's much more in line with all the other bleeders now even when he's duped.

    Yup, definitely crits lower, and its sad cuz he was my favorite champ.
