Does Dexterity Trigger Kingpin's Rage?

One of Kingpin's passive ability is that evading his attacks would trigger a stack of rage. Does this apply to dexterity or only auto evades from example Spiderman/Nightcrawler? Need some clarification please.

    Yes, it would be nice to get an answer on this.

    If the mods don't know, has the community worked it out yet?

    I've tested it in master mode. It doesn't trigger but I would like to know for sure. I am from Taiwan and the Chinese version of the text explanation of the ability makes it sound confusing so we are unsure if it's a bug or it doesn't trigger.

    I don't know, but seems easy to determine by dueling kingpin. Check the ally leaderboard and hunt one down.

    It triggers by passive evades, not dexterity evades.
    This can be testes using an evade champion against Kingpin
