Advice for a rank up

I’ve got enough resources to bring one of these guys to r4 and eventuall R5. I’m mostly wanting to use them for AW/AQ. Wouldn’t mind a dual immune champ but none of them seem to hit as hard as some of the non immune. I could also save the resources to r2 my 6* omega red or ghulk. But it seems that bringing up a 5* to R5 is better in the long run. I’d love some feedback. Thanks.
