Variant 4 coolant leak node, non robots taking incinerate damage

How come claire and thing take incinerate damage when they are not robots? Both are bleed immune but shouldn't be taking incinerate damage because they are not robots? Or am I missing something from that node description?

what are the global nodes if any? you've only shown the local nodes so far.
