Aw freezing screen when clicking fight?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I go to fight first fight of alliance war and my champs disapear on left side of the screen but screen doesnt go to fight, i wait a minute then hit home button then go back to alliance war to find half my fury is gone and a death counted.
Really? No wonder so many are leaving this game.
