Ok. Just fun conjecture but here's how I envision him in game.
Sig ability (get put into a mode that makes his dash attack unblockable due to speed) being shocked or building charges of some sort or use a special put him into this mode for a set time.
Sp 1/2 unblockable (due to speed)
Shrugs off debuffs faster (like blade or rogue)
Puts slow on opponents (due to time slowing down) so he'd be a good mutant counter to evade Champs.
It doesn't feel like these would make him super op. Any thoughts?
