Prestige and crystal opening?

Today I've seen two people comment on how prestige ties into how successful we are when opening crystals. In our ally we have a SA hold week and a open week. On the last three open weeks I've gotten 2-3 4* champs from login, PHC and features crystals each week. I don't even know what my prestige is so does this mean I've just been lucky? How does prestige actually effect our chances with crystals? I can't get a T4CC to save my life from any map 5 crystals...

    So to put it plain and simple unless u work at kabam no one knows what affects crystals no one

    Prestige has no effect on the Crystals. The only thing Prestige affects is AQ Rewards. The Drop Rate is the same for everyone.
