Omega red vs nano plague bio hazard

Taking omega into these nodes against a classic Thor and hitting his block triggered poison, which then triggered shock. Omega is classed as metal but not a robot, is there a reason he’s getting shocked? Or is this bugged?

If you want to test it it’s like 3 or 4 moves to get the the path. First portal and go up, not down.

It is broken at the moment. You can replicate the bug easily in Variant 4 last quest.
