Spider-Gwen not functioning?

in Bugs and Known Issues
So in the past week or so I've been starting to realize that my 5* Spider-Gwen isn't evading Unblockable Special Attacks. In the event quests, incursions, everywhere it just doesn't seem to happen. Anyone else getting this bug or issue?

    She needs more than 3 charges to 100% evade unblockable specials and only has a 45% chance with 1 charge. 7% + 550% = 45.5% chance.

    *Throw in the gwenom rising synergy and the chance is halved.
