I like him. His armour break isn't as effective as it was before 12.0 but it's still useful. If you play him right your opponent should be stunned most of the time. Max parry and stupefy to make him more useful. In story or event quests, you'll be able to parry, do 2 medium attacks and then open a 5 hit combo with a third medium attack to get up to 3 armour breaks. His damage is still decent, just repeat that method to remove armour ups and keep your damage as high as possible. Also has a high perfect block chance and occasionally auto evades projectile attacks. Just don't rely on that because it's only a small chance. If you use a special 2 that has good damage and sets you up to do at least 4 mediums before a 5 hit combo for plenty more armour break if it stuns (most of the time it does). Stacking more armour breaks won't have an effect after your opponents armour rating has reached 0 but it will still remove armour up buffs which can be handy. Really bad against nodes with stun immunity though or champs like mordo and BPCW since they'll either astral evade or reflect his stun back to him since daredevil uses physical stun effects. Probably not a popular opinion but I do actually prefer to use the Netflix version over classic, mainly because dexterity can be used to do most of what classics sig is useful for so I prefer to have the higher damage output from the armour breaks. Daredevil also has an increased base crit rate and 5% physical resistance.
I have a guy that crushes AQ, takes lined bosses with Netflix. Our starting prestige is around 5250 so I'm not talking about easy fights. I've never used him though.
I have him at r4 and he's still somewhat useful. The main reason I like him is his high block proficiency, his stun on his sp1 and sp2 are useful as well. The armor break isn't too great unless you get 3-4 stacks of it. If you have better skill champs go with them, but if you really need a r4 skill champ you could do worse.

I would just keep him a rank 3 maybe less that, there's much better skill champs than him out there.
