For anyone involved with Kabams “support” team

Hi, I’ve submitted a support case over 4 days ago now, and was told that my case had been “escalated” to a higher priority due to its case. Just wondering if there’s any actual humans on that support team, after being promised a 24 hour reply which has now been stretched to 4 days. My case number is 05509352, for anyone who actually cares.
