Summoner's Journey Rewards?

I just found out that there are supposed to be objectives in the Summoner's Journey tab. It has been empty for as long as I can remember. I am uncollected but unaware if it is because I completed all objectives until cavalier. I don't think that's the case because I cannot recall the last time I had an objective here. Maybe I'm mistaken and there isn't supposed to be anything here. Can someone explain? Anyone else having this problem?

    Journey Objectives were added long time ago, and basically geared for newer players.

    I’m sure most existing players completed them all in a matter of days or a week. No new additions to that Tab of objectives.
