Gambit Players - Looking for Tips and Tricks

On my second account, I pulled a 6* Gambit. I've not played around with him too much previously, but in tinkering around now I'm liking what I'm seeing, and I enjoy the character himself. I'm looking for any recommendations from those that have more experience with Gambit on how best to play him (what rotation to use, etc.). He is unawakened, so please let me know if that factors into adjusting anything about his play style.

Build up kinetic charges by holding block then convert them into prowess, throw a heavy and then sp2.
Another use is infinite stun with sp1 on power reserve node or some node like that.
