I didn't get all my items correctly

I got like 300+ quest crystal and i decided to open like 50 of them. I got 3 small energy refill but somehow it's only increase by 1 in my inventory. Before opening the crystal i got 18 of them after opened it i should get 21/25 but instead it's only 19/25. Is it possible that it is hidden somewhere. It's not in the "stashed rewards" as well.
