Claire Voyant not healing vs the Champion 6.2.6

I got BWCV recently, and was super excited to find out she’s really good, and I watched many videos (including ones within the past 1-2 months) of her taking down the Champion at 10%. In the videos, her S2 regened her every hit, and so she was a good counter against him. Well, I finally got her to rank 4, but when I fought him at 10%, she wasn’t regening at all.... this is super frustrating, I have been stuck at the Champion for months because I haven’t had the specific handful of champs to counter him. I finally pull one, and now she’s not working, and I poured a ton of resources and a good 300-400 units into this last attempt... Anyone else having this issue?

It was a bug fixed a couple months back

So the regen’s not supposed to work against him?
