Nick Fury LMD (alliance war attack)

Unfortunately I don't have any footage because I wasn't expecting any of this to happen and its the first time I've experienced it.
Last segment of the war map I take the South path to the "outlast" node. I use my Nick fury who hadn't died yet and was at approx half health against the Aegon on there.
It appeared as though Nick was benefiting in someway from his LMD ability because the tactical charges I was building weren't expiring. I built them all the way upto 16 and finished the remainder of the fight with that as I stopped using sp1. Odd I thought but could be a strange result of the war node & Aegons ability.
However that wasn't the end of it, I continue around the far right of the war map to the stun & bleed immune tile which had Dr Doom on it. Doom took me down below 1% and my LMD kicked in... Only it didn't. It kinda half did. My health went back up to full and began to degen as per usual but I didn't receive a fury buff and my tactical charges were expiring at the normal rate. It's as if I wasn't able to receive this because it incorrectly triggered in a fight where I hadn't died.
